Sept 2012 - 'I am the owner of a MAIN Combi Eco25 boiler that had a fault error code that was not listed in the User Manual but conversations with various sources led me to believe it was the PCB at fault. I checked online retail sources and duly ordered an advance replacement PCB from www.BoilerPCB.com.
The board arrived as promised the following morning. I fitted the part straight away but the Boiler flashed a error code indicating incorrect PCB fitted. I contacted MAIN technical support they pushed me on to their Spares Dept who shocked me by reporting that the Part No/ for the PCB I had installed originally was incorrect but not only that, the part number in the Manual was also incorrect ?
I then contacted Mervyn @ BoilerPCB and after a conversation, he said mail me both the original and the advance replacement and let us have a look at them ,which I sent overnight parcels .
Due to the excellent service from BoilerPCB and swift response and help the following day my boiler was working again. BoilerPCB had sorted the problem and saved me a lot of hassle . Many thanks.'
